Showrooming behavior of holiday shoppers in the United States 2013

This survey shows the mobile device usage during US holiday shopping in December 2013. During a survey of online holiday shoppers, it was found that 46 percent of respondents had used a smartphone to make a purchase using a retailer's app. Tablet devices were most commonly used to browse websites in order to plan future purchases.
