Food and tobacco wholesale: GVA UK 2020

This statistic shows the gross value added (GVA) of food, beverages and tobacco wholesale trade in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2008 to 2020. In 2009, the wholesale of food, beverages and tobacco contributed around 8.2 billion British pounds to the GVA of the UK Non-Financial Business Economy. Following this, there was a general year over year increase in GVA until 2018, despite some fluctuations. In 2020 food and beverage wholesalers contributed roughly 12 billion pounds to the GVA of the UK non-financial business economy.
