Oil company ConocoPhillips had oil reserves totaling around 3.11 billion barrels in the United States in 2021. Therefore, ConocoPhillips was ranked first based on companies' proved oil reserves within the United States. By comparison, Occidental Petroleum Corporation ranked fifth, with proved oil reserves of 2.03 billion barrels.
