Number of buses in use in Great Britain (UK) 2004/05-2017/18
This graph shows the number of buses in use as public vehicles in Great Britain between 2004/2005 and 2017/2018. The number of vehicles has changed very little across the years, staying at around 42 thousand buses on the road. It did, however, decrease to slightly over 40 thousand in 2017/18. The distribution of these buses for 2015/2016 across the country can be seen here.
