This graph shows the number of people employed by local bus operators in Great Britain between 2004/2005 and 2019/19 by type. The decline in people employed by local bus operators continued till the fiscal year 2018/19, when the number of bus drivers and conductors employed fell to 95,000, and the number of administrative and management staff also declined to 23,000.
