This statistic shows how bus users and non-users rate on-board personal safety on buses in the United Kingdom (UK), based on responses from a survey carried out in March 2013. With only just over half of bus users and a quarter of non-users giving the service a good rating in terms of personal safety while travelling, this could be seen as an important issue and a possible reason why more people do not travel on buses.
How would you rate the levels of personal safety from crime or threatening behaviour when travelling?
