This statistic shows, according to the Crime Survey for England and Wales, the views of 10 to 15 year old victims of theft towards in England and Wales in 2012/2013. The majority of respondents said that they do see such theft as a crime. A fifth of respondents, however, appear to accept such incidents as 'par for the course', saying that it's just something that happens.
