Of respondents 39 percent said they had bought Florette branded salad, ranking it as the most bought salad brand in the UK at the time.

* Besides the quantitative research method (online questionnaire, 522 respondents), additional qualitative research was conducted in April and May 2014. This comprised of an online forum (April 14 to 18, 2014, with 25 respondents per region aged 25-55) and three accompanied shops per region (accompanying consumers on weekly shopping trips, followed by a face-to-face interview).
Respondents were asked what brands they had bought in the past four weeks.
