Values are for the 2020-21 school year.

**Texas includes 18,711 Non-ADA eligible children in their enrollment total. These children were removed from state funding per child calculations.
**** 1,164 children with instructional IEPs were served in Iowa’s SWVPP program but were funded by sources not reported by the state. Similar to prior years, these children were removed from the per-child spending calculations by the source.
**** 50 States + DC, does not include Guam.

There are no pre-kindergarten programs in the following states for year 2020-2021: Idaho, Indiana, Montana, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
