Opinions on switching energy suppliers in Great Britain 2015
This statistic shows how consumers in Great Britain felt about switching energy suppliers in 2015. 50 percent of those surveyed were happy with their supplier(s), while 30 percent considered switching to be a hassle. There were a number of other opinions shared that pointed towards a sceptical attitude towards switching. For example, 10 percent stated they had compared prices with other suppliers and wanted to stay with their current supplier, and five percent were unsure about the availability of information to make a good choice regarding switching.
