This statistic shows the number of passenger movements by ferry between Northern Ireland and Great Britain from 2009 to 2018, by route. Despite only opening in 2011, the Cairnryan-Belfast route had the highest number of passenger movements. In 2017, the number of domestic sea passenger movements reached 1.2 million movements in the latter.
