This 2013 survey shows the share of UK adults who agree that science makes our way of life change too fast over the time from 1988 to 2013. While 49 to 52 percent of the respondents were convinced of the latter notion until 1996, the trend changed after that. The conviction of the surveyed that the life changing aspects of science's progress hit too fast decreased to 34 percent in 2014.
