Perceived danger of drink driving in the United Kingdom (UK) 2006-2013 This statistic shows how people in the United Kingdom perceived the danger of driving after having drunk alcohol between November 2006 and July 2013. While generally a higher share of respondents agreed that driving when certainly over the alcohol limit was worse than driving when unsure if over the limit, over 80 percent still agreed that the latter behavior was dangerous. In November 2007, driving when over the legal alcohol limit was perceived as dangerous by 94 percent of those surveyed.
