Far more fatal, serious and slight accidents, over 20 thousand in total, were caused by careless and reckless drivers than by learners or inexperienced drivers. In general, when observing accidents caused by behaviour and inexperience factors by severity, it may be noted that slight accidents were at least four times as frequent as serious accidents, and fatal accidents were at least six times less frequent as serious accidents.
