According to a study on the distribution of consumer spending on music at retail in Great Britain in 2022, home delivery accounted for the greatest share of the market that year, at roughly 62.2 percent. Retailers offering high street shopping took the second highest share, at 34.9 percent. Compared to previous years, the share of people buying in the high street increased while both home deliveries and sales at supermarkets decreased.
