Members' reasons for dissatisfaction with loyalty schemes in Great Britain 2012 This statistic shows the reasons survey respondents gave, when asked to give examples of why they were dissatisfied with the customer loyalty schemes they are a member of in Great Britain in 2012. In reference to loyalty schemes in any sector, 15 percent were dissatisfied with their scheme because of the rewards they receive while another 15 percent stated a lack of convenience.
