Adult English classes: why the waiting lists are so long in the UK in 2014 This statistic shows main reasons why centres that provide English classes for adults had large waiting lists in the United Kingdom in 2014. The biggest problem facing 65.8 percent of centres was the lack of funding. 52 percent of centres also stated that there was an insufficient provision for lower learner levels.
