Scotland: local perceptions on neighborhood issues 2017 This statistic shows the proportion of residents who felt that local problems affected their neighborhood in Scotland in 2017. Animal nuisance was the most common neighborhood issue with just under a third of residents stating that it was either fairly or very common, followed by littering and drug misuse. Only 2 percent of respondents stated that abandoned or burnt out vehicles were a common problem in their area.
