Jamaica: room occupancy by resort area 2010-2018

From 2011 to 2018, the resort areas of Ocho Rios and Montego Bay led the room occupancy in Jamaica, registering annual occupancy rates of more than 60 or 70 percent during that period. Only in 2010, the resort area of Negril recorded the second highest occupancy rate in Jamaica, with 61.7 percent. During that same period, the resort area of Port Antonio maintained its room occupancy between 9.7 and 18 percent, the lowest rates among the surveyed areas.
