Energy supplier change: outstanding amount in Great Britain 2014

This statistic shows the expectations of British adults when switching their home energy supplier regarding outstanding amounts to be paid with their current provider, as of 2014. A majority of respondents (68 percent) reported the amount outstanding being what they had expected, while 13 percent stated the outstanding amount had been more than they anticipated.
