Retail crime: customer thefts in the United Kingdom (UK) 2007-2015

This statistic shows the number of customer thefts per 100 retail stores in the United Kingdom from 2007/08 to 2014/15. According to the survey, the rate of customer thefts dropped in 2010/11 to a rate of 2,833 thefts per 100 stores. This has since increased, reaching an incident rate of 4,540 during the 2013/14 period.
