M&A activity: largest deals in Hungary 2019

The statistic shows the leading merger and acquisition (M&A) deals in Hungary (CEE) in 2019, by transaction value. The largest deal amounted to 302.2 million euros; this was the price paid for the acquisition of 25 percent stake of Telenor Magyarorszag; Telenor Real Estate Hungary by Antenna Hungaria (Hungary). The smallest deal in the top five amounted to 100 million euros by Indotek Group (Hungary) to acquire 100 percent stake of Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge.
