In 2022, the highest value merger and acquisition (M&A) deal that took place in Slovenia involved the acquisition of 90 percent stake of Pipistrel. This acquisition was made by Textron (United States) for 219 million euros. The second-highest value M&A deal in 2022 was the acquisition of 100 percent stake of Trimo by Recticel (Belgium), for 164.3 million euros.
