The largest merger and acquisition (M&A) deal in the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) in 2022 was the acquisition of Bolt Technology OU. Deals included are those in which a company situated in the Baltic States is the target company. The highest value deal that took place was the acquisition of Bolt Technology OU by many different bidder companies in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector, and amounted to approximately 628 million euros.
