This statistic illustrates the results of an online survey conducted in October and November 2014. About 902 U.S. chief household shoppers were asked if the availability of online delivery would cause them to change their primary supermarket. Some 79.4 percent of U.S. consumers indicated that they would not switch their primary supermarket in order to gain access to online delivery services.
If a different supermarket offered online delivery, would it cause you to switch stores?
