France: manufacture of high-technology production value 2020

The production value of the high-technology manufacturing industry in France decreased by 37.6 billion euros (-21.21 percent) in 2020 in comparison to the previous year. Nevertheless, the last two years in this industry recorded a significant higher production value than the preceding years.
The value of production is defined by Eurostat as the amount actually produced by the unit, based on sales, including changes in stocks and the resale of goods and services.
