Museum and gallery attendance in England 2022-2023, by ethnicity
A survey conducted by the United Kingdom's Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport from April 2022 to March 2023 analyzed the share of adults who visited a museum o gallery in England in the previous 12 months. While roughly 42 percent of respondents who identified as from a mixed ethnic group reported visiting a museum or gallery, 27 percent of respondents who identified as from a Black, African, Caribbean, or Black British ethnic group mentioned the same.
