Countries most targeted by malicious mailshots 2021
In 2021, Spain accounted for 9.32 percent of all measured e-mail antivirus detections. Russia ranked second with 6.33 percent target rate. Italy followed, with blocking 5.78 percent of blocked attacks. In December 2021, over 45 percent of e-mail traffic was spam.
