This statistic presents the share of adults donating money to organisations represented within the UK government's Department of Culture, Media and Sport in England, between 2010 and 2019, by their employment status. DCMS sectors include the arts, museums, libraries, archives, heritage and sports. Within each survey period, the share of working respondents donating tended to be slightly higher than those out of work. However more than a quarter of respondents not working had still donated to one of the sectors in the year 2019/20.
