Romania: information sector turnover 2021

The turnover of the information sector in Romania increased by 184.6 million euros (+13.65 percent) in 2021 in comparison to the previous year. With 1.5 billion euros, the turnover thereby reached its highest value in the observed period. Over the observed period, the turnover has been subject to fluctuation.
Turnover is defined by Eurostat as the total of all sales (excluding VAT) of goods and services carried out by the enterprises of a given sector during the reference period.
