Trust in heating information sources 2017

This statistic shows how likely respondents to the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Energy and Climate Change Public Attitude Tracking Survey in the United Kingdom (UK) are to trust various sources of information on heating systems in 2017. Tradespeople rate as the most trusted source for information on which heating system to install, with 36 percent of respondents saying they would trust their advice. The ESAS ranked second, with 32 percent of respondents saying they would trust a friend or family member's advice on which heating system to install.
