Over the period under consideration, the share of individuals that had never shopped online had increased across the unemployed and other inactive groups in Latvia. In 2022, it was reported that 35 percent of unemployed Latvians never purchased or ordered any goods online. The smallest share of non-online shoppers was recorded among pupils and students, at around 13 percent in 2022.
