Turkish insurance market: value of claims and benefits paid 2004-2019
The statistic shows the total value of claims and benefits paid on the insurance market of Turkey between 2004 and 2019. Following three consecutive years of sustained growth, the value of payouts dropped to approximately 5.27 billion euros in 2017. After dropping to a further 4.4 billion euros in 2018, the total value of claims and benefits paid reached over five billion euros again in 2019.
