According to a study on the total music market revenue in Canada from 2011 to 2020, in 2020, physical music revenue totaled 72.7 million Canadian dollars, out of which 38.02 million was attributed to sales of vinyl. Overall, physical sales have been in decline while vinyl are becoming more fashionable again, with sales steadily increasing over the years.
