Spanish food industry: workers social security system

This statistic displays data on the number of people working in the food and beverage industry in Spain contributing to the Spanish Social Security System from 2008 to 2019. The number of contributors declined throughout the whole period under consideration until 2013. In 2014, there was an increase of over 7,000 contributors from the previous year. In the last year of the period analyzed, the number of contributors registered its highest point in the study period with more than 436 thousand.
