
Belief of being too fat among 15-year-olds by country and gender 2009-2010
This survey displays the perception of 15-year-olds who believe that they are too fat, as of 2009-2010, by select countries and gender. In Hungary, 43 percent of girls and 23 percent of boys thought they were too fat. The importance of body image tends to increase as young people get older and become more conscious of their bodies due to physical changes associated with puberty.
