In a survey concluded in March 2020, gauging the use of personalization among marketers in the United States, it was found that 78 percent of responding marketers were using personalization in e-mail marketing, compared to 31 percent who were using personalization in mobile apps. Website personalization was used by 56 percent of survey participants.
