Reasons for continuing working past retirement age in Poland in 2017
This statistic illustrates the important reasons for people working beyond retirement age according to respondents in Poland as of 2017. It can be seen that the majority of respondents (56 percent) declared that the desire to continue working stems from the wish to keep mentally and physically active. However, concerns about social security benefits was the second most often quoted reason for continuing working with 42 percent of respondents pointing to that motive.
