This statistic illustrates the events and other reasons that have motivated people to start saving for retirement in Poland as of 2017. It can be seen that turning a certain age was the most common reason mentioned amongst the people surveyed in Poland at that time, with 40 percent of respondents stating this as a key prompt to begin saving for retirement. A further 21 percent of respondents stated that getting a new job or a pay rise as a prompt to start saving for retirement as of 2017.
