Uncooked pressed cheese volume produced in France 2009-2019

This time series illustrates the volume of uncooked pressed cheese produced in France from 2009 to 2019 in 1,000 tons. It shows that the produced volume increased over this period of time. In 2019, an estimated 245,000 tons of uncooked pressed cheese were produced in France, compared to about 235,000 tons for the year 2009.
The French production volume of fresh cheese was higher than the volume of uncooked pressed cheese produced, with a volume of about 599,000 tons for 2018.
