Share of stroke mortality in U.S. adults by ethnicity and age 2010-2013
This statistic displays the distribution of mortalities caused by stroke among adults aged 45 and older in the United States from 2010 to 2013, by age group and ethnicity. During this period, 26.1 percent of stroke mortalities among the non-Hispanic white population occurred in those aged between 75 to 84 years. Stroke mortality has decreased continuously over the last decades.
