Nearly 4.55 thousand completed interviews out of the 120 thousand sample drawn from the personal current account holders databank, provided by all major UK banks. Data was weighted to correct oversampling.
Of these 4.55 thousand, 4,178 were branch banking users.
** Among the 4.55 thousand people in full sample, 966 had a low income, defined by the source as earning less than 12,000 British pounds per year.
