The source adds the following information: "Households with TV reception via more than one method were counted once for each type. [...] Since this survey is focused on the perspective of the receiving TV households, roughly 187,000 households with TV sets that are connected to a shared satellite TV system but don't need a separate receiver (SMATV-CH households) are counted as cable TV connections. Accordingly, only TV sets with a separate satellite receiver are counted as satellite TV."
