Premium rate services are a form of micro-payment for paid for content, data services and value added services that are subsequently charged to your telephone bill.
Parental permission was requested for participants aged 11-15. Note that questions in relation to adult entertainment, dating and gambling did not go out to under-18’s.
The figures have been extrapolated from the consumer survey and applied to the total UK population
