
Channel importance for life insurance customers by age group in Europe in 2014
This statistic presents the importance of several communication channels for life insurance customers in Europe in 2014, by age group. Across all ages, the agent channel remained the most important, with just under half of respondents citing it as an important channel. However for the age group between 16 and 34 years old, Internet, either via PC or via mobile was also very important, with respectively 48 and 41 percent of respondents chosing these channels.
