Ontario's non-blue box recycled waste by material 2013
This statistic displays the distribution of non-blue box recyclable materials in Ontario in 2013, by material type. During this year, about 20 percent of non-blue box recyclable material consisted of scrap metal. The overall amount of waste generated in Canada has increased, however, recycling rates have also increased across most of the country.
