Purposeful primetime TV viewing in the U.S. 2015, by age This statistic has been taken from the GfK report 'How People Use Primetime TV 2015'. The graph shows the frequency of viewers in the United States turning the TV on during primetime to watch a specific show as of May 2015, by age group. During a GfK survey, 46 percent of Generation X respondents stated they did so most of the time.
