Solar photovoltaic electricity production in Slovakia 2012-2019
Slovakia's electricity generation from solar photovoltaic amounted to 600 gigawatt hours in 2019. This was a slight increase compared to the previous year, but still lower than the electricity output recorded in 2014, when figures reached a peak of 625 gigawatt hours.
In 2019, the country's solar PV production was the seventeenth highest in the European Union.
