This statistic displays the findings of a survey on the consumers' perception of underpaid couriers used by retailers providing click and collect services in Great Britain (GB) as of July 2015. It was found, that 14 percent of respondents strongly agreed with the following statement: "I wouldn’t use a click and collect service from a retailer who didn’t pay a fair price to the courier firm they used to deliver items to store."
