UK adults who would change their U.S. travel plans due to a laptop ban 2017
This statistic shows the results of a survey in May 2017, that asked UK adults considering traveling to the United States if they would change their travel plans should the U.S. ban laptops on flights from Europe to the U.S.. Of those considering traveling to the U.S., the majority said a potential ban on laptops would not bother them. Only 17.5 percent said they would reconsider. The ban was proposed by the Trump administration, following a ban in March 2017 on laptops, tablets and e-readers on inbound flights to the U.S. from 8 Middle Eastern and North African countries.
